The Leaving Guide is operated by FS Consultancy B.V., Willemstad, Curaçao (Commercial Register 174997). These terms govern your use of this website and any digital guide you buy from us.
What you are buying
Our paid products are downloadable digital guides in PDF form. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the files.
Payments and reseller
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown before purchase; the final amount may include tax based on your location.
Delivery
Guides are delivered digitally by email/download link immediately after successful payment. No physical product is shipped.
Not professional advice
Our guides and this website provide general information about moving abroad. They are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Visa rules, costs and tax systems change; always confirm current requirements with official sources or a qualified adviser before you act.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FS Consultancy B.V. is not liable for decisions made on the basis of our general information. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
